on custom items
and items not in stock from all suppliers.
All items not in stock are considered custom
items.

CURRENT FACTORY LEAD-TIME IS ABOUT 8 to 12 WEEKS
FOR US TO SHIP THIER CUSTOM PRODUCTS.
We Will Acknowledge ALL Custom Orders At 8 to 12+ Weeks From The Day You Place Your Order.
However, Some Orders Do Ship In About 5 Weeks, But Please Plan On
8
to 12 Weeks.
On rare occasion a Novelty item could take up to 14 weeks to ship.
When Choosing Leg Opening Size Changes Or Some Other Options Allow 8 to
12 Week Factory Lead Time. You will be notified by e-mail of your lead time after you place your order.
As of March 1, 2022 the Covid-19 Pandemic is
still causing delays with some of our primary
suppliers. We are very happy they are still open and
offering these wonderful products but due to labor
shortages, material shortages and international
transportation delays ; the lead time has been
adversely impacted. We appreciate your business but
we can not change the lead time where we have no
control. Currently custom order and orders out of
stock are shipping in just over six weeks and we are
quoting six to eight weeks. However, as stated above
it could take more time to ship.
